Pastry chef trained at the Lenôtre's school, and teacher in pastry, chocolate and confectionery for the Lenôtre's cooking class.

These years of teaching have given me the passion of the transmission of traditional skills and the desire to share this wonderful profession.

As a trainer, my goal is to convey Excellence in a friendly atmosphere.
